Bachelor/ Bachelorette Weekend

The girls finally got together to celebrate Becky Fuchs becoming Becky Bailey.  We started off with some day drinking in Old Town Scottsdale and some lingerie and finished with NYPD Pizza and a movie.  

And since the girls were away the men did play... golf that is.  The Schwartz cousins surprised Cullen and flew in town for the Masters Bachelor Party.  Fun, games, drinks and lots of laughs were had by all.  It was great to catch up with the cousins and the girls before the wedding festivities in 25 days.

My Sunday Funday

This is my idea of the perfect Sunday Funday...

leashing up my pooch (yes Mom that is her zapper), strapping on my polka dot cross over bag and digging out the proper shades for my babe.   After watching the spring ASU football game our stomachs were starting to rumble so we walked over to Chipotle and enjoyed the patio life.  It was the perfect Sunday filled with fuel steps on Tommy's Fuel band, delicious flavors and time with my babes.

Louisville vs. Michigan

The Big NCAA Championship game was on Monday night and I can honestly tell you I maybe watched 5 minutes of the game.  It was just to difficult to pay attention with Cade crawling, laughing and begging for attention.  Between eating, Lucy, Cade and the game it was difficult to make sure that I balanced my time.  Needless to say this ham got top priority.

He's just soooo cute!  Maybe I'll catch more of the game next year.

Sneak Peak

Since I can't give you a sneak peak about anything the Bride will be wearing in 35 days here is what I think might be the next best thing.  Adorable Cade!!  We have been practicing wearing our hat that Grammy bought for over a day now.  (Don't worry his Mom and Dad won't be putting him in this exact outfit).  While he has mastered taking the hat off, he does keep it on every once in awhile. 

We need to take full advantage of the opportunity for a little baby torture while he will still tolerate it so.... the hat will stay.  Can't wait to see everyone in just a few short weeks.

Great News

or maybe the post title should be troubling news.  I guess we will find out in a few short months.  The new Phoenix Premium Outlet Mall opened just down the highway from me.  While this household loves a good deal and is extremely excited we are going to wait to make our first trip and let things cool down there (plus we really don't NEED anything).  Here is a full list of all the stores...

Flag for the weekend

We had a great time escaping the hustle and bustle of the big city a few weeks ago.  Tommy and I headed to meet Baby Evalyn.  We were lucky enough to grab lunch with all our old Flagstaff friends (Kristin- who use to work at SARRC with me and her family and Christy and her family- Esteven and Evalyn).  Tommy was an excellent boyfriend and offered to drive so I could study on the way up and I actually enjoyed the scenery and my new book (I know I know weirdo).

The views were absolutely gorgeous since Flag got a huge snowstorm the day before we headed up.  The weather couldn't have been more perfect for two desert rats (50 and sunny).

Of course after we stuffed our faces we headed back to Christy and Esteven's place for more one on one time with Baby E.  She was pretty sleepy but oh so cute...

It was sooo exciting to spend time with everyone and to see Christy be such a great mommy.  Can't wait to see them soon, stay warm up there!!  :-)
