1320 was back together

Kate, Brit, Andra and I got to spend all Friday night together.  Just the girls met up for dinner and I think numerous tears were shed (due to laughing so hard).  It was so much fun to think about all the great memories we had together.  After a yummy dinner at Yardhouse we headed to meet up with the guys for Pino's birthday at the Lodge.  Just like the good ole days we spent majority of our night drinking, laughing and we made sure to be competitive for at least a few games of big Jenga.  We had a blast and I can't wait till we can all get together again.

What time is it?

Party time!!!  We spent our Friday night hanging out with all of the college friends (which meant I didn't stop laughing).  Today we are heading to Morenci, Arizona for one of Tommy's friends wedding reception.  Since we have places to go and people to meet, we have to be on time with an adorable watch this spring.

Bottoms up

Yesterday I decided to take the day off and got some pressing things accomplished.  My hair needed to be highlighted one last time before the big wedding and more importantly I have some serious water damage.  During my time off I somehow filled the condo with repairmen for most of the day and while they were working away to solve the problems I tried to distract myself with a little online shopping.  Somewhere in between tearing a hole in my ceiling and finding mold, I finally came across these adorable water cups on Etsy.  I have had my eye on these all week (ever since Jamie brought one to work) and since I was able to look and work with my budget yesterday I may have put an order in.  The person who makes them lives in Phx so I will be picking them up on Tuesday, can't wait!!

Back in shape

They (my new work out clothes) finally came on Friday even in an all pink package (I mean does this company know the way to my heart or what).  They fit perfectly and for some reason I found the need to wear them ALL day Saturday.  I would highly recommend Ellie and I think the amount of compliments I received Saturday was all the proof you need.

I can't wait till next month to get my next two items for only $49.95, can't beat that!

Movie goers

Tommy and I have been quite the busy movie goers in the last few days.  While I am pretty sure we have gone to one movie in the last year of dating, we decided to switch up the routine last week.  Somehow we were able to fit in three different movies in less than one week.  We started our week off with my top pick and rated movie, 42.  I think both Tommy and I would highly recommend this movie, definitely a must see hit.

As the week went on Tommy was determined to check out this movie (Olympus has fallen).  So after a long week at work we made sure to grab happy hour at RA before heading in to this movie.  This movie was also really good.  It was action packed but a little unrealistic at times but I guess all movies are like that sometimes.

Lastly we rounded off our Sunday at home with some mimosas and the movie Bully.  I was extremely underwhelmed when it came to this movie (and no it was not due to the mimosas).  I thought it lacked substance and it just seemed to scrap the surface of a problem (don't get me wrong it was still plenty disturbing).  This movie definitely made me think about how much things have changed since we were in school.

After a busy week these movies definitely helped to keep me busy while giving me some perfect alone time with my favorite person.  It's amazing that after dating for a year and being friends for multiple years, just a little change in our schedule can make the week feel complete different.
